I Need A Little Help

For anyone interested, I will be the speaker for the Lonestar Multisport Club (the triathlon club in The Woodlands) on April 19th. They have asked me to speak about swimming. I have a few topics in mind but thought I would get some feedback. If you are coming or have some questions about swimming, what would you want me to discuss? Shoot me an email or leave a comment.
