Great advice, I just started training for Ironman Louisville. Being the second year in Triathlon I am noticing a lot of difference in my training plan and my actually weekly volume.

I have had to adjust on a few occasions so I still logged quality miles and saw I was achieving my weekly requirements. It seemed psychologically this was giving me a huge boost. As I progress with this mentality I have no doubt it will become habit.
